Tap the Share button
Use the Safari share icon in the bottom toolbar or top toolbar, depending on your iOS layout.

Choose Add to Home Screen
Scroll through the share actions, then select Add to Home Screen.

Keep Open as Web App enabled
When iOS shows this option, leave it on, confirm the name, and tap Add.
