These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WelfTrading website, products, and services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service scope
WelfTrading provides tools and content for trading analysis, social features, dashboards, and account-related services. Features can change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including unauthorized access attempts, harmful automation, data scraping beyond permitted use, publishing unlawful content, or infringing third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices, taxes, and plan features are shown during checkout and may be updated for future billing periods.
5. Cancellation and downgrade
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time through account settings. Changes take effect at the end of the current paid period unless required otherwise by mandatory law.
6. No financial advice
WelfTrading does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Content and analytics are informational only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including software, branding, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works beyond what is explicitly permitted.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WelfTrading is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
